This was my first time trying these, and I cannot deny that these are THE BEST vitamins I've ever had! Taste is fantastic, and for the very first time since starting my haircare journey I did not forget to take them. I will be ordering another bottle. I'd like to see just how well these work for me. I had brain surgery some time ago and it caused a lot of my hair to fall out, so I'm on this journey of trying to regrow my hair. I'll let you know how this works for me over the course of the next year.

Never received order. Emailed customer service and they email me another tracking number and that tracking number isn’t showing any product being delivered as well. It’s been 3 weeks since the first order. Emailed customer service again and never got a response the second time. This is the second time this has happened to me with them. Emailed them today again and got another automated email telling me that the issue will be “forwarded to another team.” It really sounds like you never really talk to anyone but they use ai to respond to emails. After it was acknowledged that neither of the tracking number or products were received this is the response I got when I requested a for a refund “ Given the situation and your refund request, I’m transferring your ticket to another team for further review and investigation under our 90-day refund guarantee policy. They will check on your refund eligibility and reach out with the next steps as soon as possible.” Not sure what eligibility there is to check if I paid for something and it was acknowledged that I never received it and the package (2 tracking numbers) is still saying “waiting on item.”

These are really nice, love the flavor/texture & noticed a bunch of baby hairs starting to grow around my hairline :) Excited to keep using these!
