Order Processing Time

All orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 8:00 PM EST may qualify for same-day shipping, depending on order volume, product availability, and carrier pickup times.

Orders placed after 8:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Most U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the available option will appear at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been scanned by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

HairGrowthCo.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

HairGrowthCo.com is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, shipping availability may vary by country. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

HairGrowthCo.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
